Class Description
Fundamentals of Digital Photography
OEach week I will cover different areas of photography
which will include: Quality of light, proper exposures as well as camera function. Compositions rules of subjects,
depth of field as it applies to aperture and lenses. Night photography and long exposures will finish out the class.
Assignments will be given each week based on the class topic.The student's images will be viewed the beginning
of the next class session to see if they successfully fulfilled the exercise. One class period will be devoted
to image manipulation. Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop Elements 2.0 would be a plus to the student who wishes to work
with digital images. This is a 6 week class which will meet every Wednesday night from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
